Even this year our client ICT contacted Smart Eventi to organise a business trip which included an original and involving team building.
We managed the trip's organisation at 360°: from the choice of the location to the activity proposed, from the hotel's selection for the staying to the dinner.
We chose Franciacorta as location and concerning the hotel's research we had to respect an essential criteria: besides offering a suitable meeting room, it had to be provided with a swimming-pool and a spa to allow the employees to chill after an intense year.
We therefore proposed a refined 4-star structure with a thai wellness centre which faced Iseo lake.
The guests were involved in different activities which made the experience really unforgettable: on the first day, after participating to a visit of a peculiar winecellar in Franciacorta, we organised a dinner with a wine tasting activity.
Each course of the dinner was combined with a winecellar's label, introduced and explained by our sommelier.
It hasn't been a simple tasting dinner, in fact the teams had to discover the wine proposed with their senses and the knowledge learnt during the evening.
On the following day we involved the guests in a orienteering team building activity: it is a timed trial which is done by the teams in an unknown territory where they have to cover different stops managing to orient themselves in unfamiliar places.
We chose a wood as location which is famous for the original and adventurous activities which are organised inside.
It is an activity which gather together sports and competitiveness and requires orienteering ability.
The teams challenged themselves in survival trials in which the participants showed a great survival spirit: lit the fire just using the flint, building a tent as soon as possible, building an emergency stretcher and a lot of extreme activities.
The guests strengthen their group spirit to complete the assigned tasks, giving their best and supporting their team mates in the activities proposed to overcome a common objective: accomplish the mission.Request information
