Balconi Car Building

Smart Eventi organised a day to celebrate the 80 years of Balconi company.

Balconi is a large Italian company specialized on project and construction of mechanical presses, servopresses, presses for metal stamping.

We've organised a car building activity for almost 60 people to answer to the client's needs in the best way choosing a wide and green location situated behind an historical villa.

The day begun with a welcome coffee to greet the guests before starting the team building.

During the activity we made a video to film the funniest moment of the day, which ended with the award ceremony of the winning team.

During the car building the teams have to build carton machines, which then challenge in a competition testing their constructions.

At the end of the activity we organised a lunch made of four high-level meals, followed by the return of our guests in the headquarter, accompanied by our transfer.

Achieved Objectives

The aim of this team building was, besides celebrating the company anniversary, involving the participants in an activity which helped them to use their abilities to achieve a common objective.
